Choosing an agent is hard when every one of them sounds the same. So people stop reading the promises and start reading the reviews. Reviews are the reference nobody thinks to ask you for, and they are being read whether or not you manage them.

The service

Handled for you, every month.

Your profile, working properly

Categories, services, opening hours, photography and questions, all completed and kept current, so the listing works instead of sitting half finished.

Requests timed to the transaction

Buyers and sellers asked at completion, tenants after move in, landlords once the let is agreed. The moment matters more than the wording.

Every review answered

Published within two working days, in the firm's voice, and approved by you first. Vendors read the replies as closely as the reviews.

Geo-grid rank scanning

See where across your patch you appear in the map results and where a rival owns the ground. Useful before you open a new area, and before a valuation pitch.

Unfair reviews challenged

Reviews from people who were never clients, or left in the heat of a fall-through, reported to Google with the evidence set out.

Development schemes

New schemes launched with a profile, a review process built around move ins, and a presence that is working before the marketing suite opens.

Worth knowing

Reviews take months to build, so the time to start is before you need them.

A scheme launching in the spring needs its reviews gathering from the first residents moving in now. An agency chasing a listing next quarter needs the count moving this one. There is no way to accelerate a review profile at the moment you need it, which is exactly when most firms think about it.

How it works

Four steps, then it runs.

Nothing here needs a marketing department. You approve a plan once, then get a report each month.

The free audit

A written look at what someone searching for you in your area actually sees today. No cost, no obligation, yours to act on either way.

Setting up

Profile built or corrected, review requests matched to how you work, and anything unanswered gets a reply.

The routine

Requests go out, reviews get answered within two working days, and problems get caught early.

The proof

One page a month showing what moved. If it is not working, you are free to walk at ninety days.

Straight answers

The questions people ask.

We already have plenty of reviews.

Then the questions are whether they are recent, whether they are answered, and how the count compares to the agency down the road. Google weighs recency heavily, and a profile with sixty reviews and none this year reads worse than one with twenty that keep arriving.

Our reviews sit on Rightmove and allAgents too.

They do, and those matter. But Google is where someone starts when they search your name or your town, and it is the one that appears in the map results with a star rating attached. This service covers Google.

What about a bad review after a fall-through?

It gets a calm, professional reply within two days, and if it breaches Google's policies it gets reported properly. Not every negative review can be removed, but every one can be answered well, and that is usually what a reader is judging.

Can you work with a development rather than an agency?

Yes. New schemes are a good fit, because everything can be set up correctly from the start rather than fixed later. Reviews from the first residents are worth a great deal by the time later phases release.

Will you write fake reviews?

No. It breaches Google's policies and consumer protection law, and profiles get removed for it. Every client is asked in the same way, whatever their experience.
